My long and happy association with Rob Stephens began when I moved
to Oregon from the SanFrancisco Bay Area in 1989. I found it nearly
impossible to manage the rental of my duplex in Ashland,Or from
my home in Prospect.The distance from the rental unit and the long
distance phone charges made tenants reluctant to make the call.
I engaged rob to assist me in the finding of a tenant. From the
very first contact rob was diligent and helpful and did his utmost
to find reliable and trustworthy tenants. He carefully screened
and investigated each prospective tenant. In the rare instance of
a problem with a tenant he was always helpful and earnest in helping
to resolve the problem to the benefit of both landlord and tenant.
Later, when I sold the duplex, again with rob's assistance as my
real estate broker, he helped with the property exchange and assisted
me in finding two extremely desirable properties to replace it.
When I found myself working in Florida for an extended period, rob
helped resolve a sensitive tenant issue. His skills,experience and
knowledge of tenant/landlord laws were invaluable. Rob's advice,
assistance and diligence in this matter saved me a great deal of
time, money and worry. In any manner of property management, I cannot
recommend Rob Stephens highly enough.
